RoHS Directive

The directive 2015/863/EU, which came into force on 22.07.2019, is fulfilled.

Thus the updated amendments of Annex II are met.

The scope of the RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 08.06.2011 covers electronic/electrical equipment and components. The products supplied by telle GmbH are articles that do not constitute electrical equipment but can at most be used as part of it. For this reason no conformity with the directive can be declared for articles supplied by telle GmbH.

Annex II of the directive lists substances for which limit values are specified.

The fulfilment of the requirements according to Annex II can be confirmed in the delivery condition of the articles.

Annex II of the above mentioned directive is therefore fulfilled.
