For energy-efficient and cost-saving living comfort, the installed sealing profiles are important in addition to the building materials, window frames and fittings. Only if they really keep tight, the system works.
If windows and doors are not effectively sealed, rooms can cool down due to drafts, or the penetrating air favors moisture and mold.
Seals must be checked regularly, as they are wearing parts, some of which are subject to heavy wear and tear. Do the windows still close optimally, are profiles hardened?
In our brochures you will find, true to scale, all the profiles we can supply for steel frames, room and house doors as well as wooden windows and doors. The most common seals are equipped with an anti-expansion strip to avoid length stretching during assembly and thus annoying, time-consuming reworking.
Profiles for steel frames
Our gasket profiles for steel frames are robust and have high sealing performance. We carry almost all gasket models for replacement. In the beginning, the dominant color was gray and beige. With a variety of gaskets for steel frames, you can get other colors, such as white, brown or black.
Seals for room and house doors
The program of seals for room and house doors covers a wide range. For room doors, two groove widths dominate, on the one hand from 2.8 to 3.2 mm, on the other hand 4 mm wide grooves. With us you will find the appropriate sealing profile for almost every application.
Seals for wooden windows and doors
The time of simple wooden windows and front doors without or with one sealing layer is over. Today in these building elements you will find at least two, and often even more different seals their use. The subject of sound insulation, windows for passive houses and new sets of milling sets, require their own sealing geometries. This results in an abundance of profiles.
You do not know which sealing profile you need?
Take a picture of the profile and email it to us at info@telle.de. Or you can upload it directly to our website and send it to us using the form. We will tell you which sealing profile it is.
