Analogue wear monitoring
The ET Easy Box is a leak detection unit for monitoring hose wear.
It is compatible with ceratel® 5910, Heavytel® 5980 metal, GRANIT 4280 BC and GRANIT UPE hoses.
The ET Easy Box works with a signal cable that is continuously integrated into the hose wall and triggers an optical signal when the critical wear level of the inner layer of the hose is reached. The cable is routed to the outside at both ends and can be connected either locally or to a PLC control system.
Easy integration into various wear monitoring systems makes the ET Easy Box an important component for effective monitoring and safety in production.
