novaflon® 500
Flat seal made of pure, multi-directionally expanded PTFE
novaflon® 500 has a universal media resistance (pH 0-14).
Due to the stretched fibre structure novaflon® 500 has an extremely low setting behaviour.
Due to the unique material concept, the material compensates limited bolt forces as well as flange unevenness and also has an extremely high pressure resistance (vacuum up to 200 bar).
These properties predestine novaflon® 500 for use in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries as well as in fragile piping systems and reactors in the process industry.
