Drinking water hose for the food and beverage industry
Highly flexible and traversable drinking water hose with abrasion-, ozone- and weather-resistant hose cover.
It complies with all recommendations and standards prescribed in Germany for the transport of drinking water.
Meets the requirements of the UBA KTW guideline (cold water up to +23 °C ± 2 °C).
It is the ideal water hose for the food and beverage industry, commercial kitchens, municipal emergency supply lines or events.
Application: For the passage of drinking water and water for food processing plants as defined by the applicable drinking water ordinance, as well as general
Industrial water and food products.
Inner layer:
- modified platinum cross-linked silicone
- white / translucent
- smooth
- absolutely odorless and tasteless
Pressure carrier:
- high temperature resistant textile inserts
Outer layer:
- modified platinum cross-linked silicone
- blue
- smooth
- fabric patterned
- heat, aging and ozone resistant
- abrasion resistant
- easy to clean due to smooth surface
Temperature range:
–20 °C to +100 °C (other temperature ranges –60 to +160 °C must be agreed with the application engineering department)
Resistance:
The inner layer is suitable for drinking water and general service water, and is resistant to a wide range of cleaning agents and disinfectants in accordance with DVGW regulations, Worksheet W291 (as of March 2000). Individual resistance tests are possible upon presentation of the safety data sheet.
Phthalate-free, in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1907/2006/CE (REACH). Complies with FDA CFR 21 PART 177.2600, BfR Recommendation XV & XXI Cat. 2, UBA KTW and DVGW W 270. Test certificates are available. The smooth outer cover makes the hose easy to clean.
