Elastic balls
Elastic balls are primarily used as seals in valves for pumps, pipelines and heating systems. Furthermore, they are also used in air separators, bearings, screen and pipe beaters or as scraper pigs for pipe cleaning.
Valves are the best-known shut-off devices besides cocks and slide valves and are used to regulate the flow of air, steam, liquids, gases and granular materials.
A large number of rubber qualities and plastics are available for the various chemical stresses to which the balls are exposed.
